<strong>main entrance<\/strong> must still be within <strong>45 metres<\/strong> of the municipal street.<br \/>\n\u2022 A <strong>fire hydrant<\/strong> must be within<strong> 90 metres<\/strong> of the entrance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Toronto Fire Service cannot use the Laneway itself as a fire route.<br \/>\n\u2022 The <strong>main entrance<\/strong> must face the Laneway .<\/p>\n<figure metres<\/strong>, and entrance located on the Laneway side.<br \/>\n\u2022 A <strong>Limiting Distance Agreement<\/strong> is required, giving legal rights to share part of the access path.<br
