Lot Lines

  1. Front Lot Line [800 (275)]
    • Definition: This is the boundary of your property that touches the street.
  2. Rear Lot Line [800 (645)]
    • Definition:
      • For a square or rectangular lot: It's the boundary directly opposite the front lot line.
      • For a three-sided lot: It's the point where the two other boundaries meet, farthest from the front lot line.
      • For any other lot shapes: It's the boundary farthest from the front lot line, including any part that connects at an angle less than 45 degrees.
  3. Side Lot Line [800 (765)]
    • Definition: These are any property boundaries that are not the front or rear lot lines. They run between the front and rear boundaries on the sides of your property.
