Regulation 10.20.40.20(1)
- Maximum
Building Length for Specific Lot Frontages:
- In
the RD zone, if the required minimum lot frontage is 18.0 meters or less,
the maximum allowed building length for a residential building is 17.0 meters.
Tips:
- The
building length for a Multiplex is the same as other residential
buildings.
- Building
length is measured from the front main wall closest to the front lot line
to the rear main wall closest to the rear lot line, along the centerline
of the lot (See Regulation 800.50 (105)).
- This
measurement applies to all main walls above and below ground, excluding
footings.
